Seventh Generation: look or sound familiar? If so, that's because it's become a leading green lifestyle brand in North America, selling its products to retailers in the United States and Canada.

Since it was launched in Burlington, Vermont in 1988, Seventh Generation has been working toward creating products that are gentle on humans and the environment. Transparency is a big part of their mission, as is educating their customers on all their ingredients, from product to packaging.

The Seventh Generation product line includes household care products like environmentally-friendly cleaners and detergents, person care items ranging from organic cotton tampons to hand wash, and baby care products like gentle baby wipes and hypoallergenic diapers.

"We are always evaluating how to reduce their environmental impact, increase performance and safety, and create a more sustainable supply chain."
