Sephora Quiet Hours have been announced by the brand for many of its Canadian locations to deliver shoppers access to a lower-sensory experience for those who shy away from loud environments and bright lights.
The specialized shopping hours will be held each Wednesday and Saturday during the first hour of business at 119 locations, which accounts for over 80% of the operating locations in Canada. Shoppers can enjoy reduced music volume, a minimized level of sensory stimulation where possible and a customer service experience that's awareness-led to help customers browse at their own pace.
Sephora Quiet Hours were developed through a collaboration with neurodiversity experts and community members, and comes as a first from a global beauty retailer to help champion inclusivity.
