DoorDash Updated its Self-Delivery Service for Businesses

DoorDash updated its Self-Delivery service for businesses to make it easier for restaurants and stores to handle their own delivery orders through the mobile solution. Self-Delivery allows businesses to "own the delivery experience" without needing to create their own mobile application or delivery webpage, as the service is built right into the DoorDash application.

With Self-Delivery, businesses can organize their own delivery staff to deliver orders placed at their restaurant via the DoorDash app. Restaurants that use this service will have a 'Self-Delivery' label on their store. This label helps increase attraction for customers as they know that there is always a delivery driver available at these stores, and they know that tips will directly support the restaurant that they are ordering from.
