The Sbarro Autobau futuristic concept car is powered by a Ferrari V12 rear-mounted engine that harnesses 500 HP with a six-speed transmission. With a clamshell-topped low body profile, the Sbarro Autobau is one mean-looking machine.
Reminiscent of a comic-book hero’s car--a Batmobile in orange, maybe--knowing which end is the ‘front’ takes a little scrutiny. The ginormous windshield is a clue: The most glass faces forward.
Whether the Sbarro Autobau is ugly or not, I’d be up for testing out this six-speed scream machine, even if I had to bite the bullet and go to the Geneva Auto Show to do it.
