Yamaha has revealed its latest saxophone-inspired hand gripper called the Gripper as a part of its "Two Yamahas, One Passion" project. This project was done in collaboration with the design divisions of Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Motor Co. Yamaha's team said: "Yamaha believes in designs that make you want to touch them every day, whilst turning utilitarian, plain workout tools into objects with an aesthetic beauty."
The Gripper aims to improve hand strength, and this particular hand gripper integrates the metallic buttons from a saxophone. One side of the Gripper has a sculpted wood handle with a metallic button, while the other has four buttons for each finger. The metallic buttons are used as thumb pads. Additionally, the looped tubes on the hinge provide resistance for strength training. Furthermore, there are three colorways: silver, brass, and matte black.
