Just now you'll be hearing the jolly man in red Ho Ho Ho-ing his way down your chimney and you can have a platter of Santa Christmas cake pops waiting for him. Kris Kringle probably gets tired of munching on cookies, the round stick pastries offer an adorably tasty alternative. Mush up a baked chocolate cake and mix it with icing to form it into little balls.
The dough balls are dipped into peach melt for an all over coating. Dip the tip of the cake pop into red candy melt and add on marshmallow bits and sugar crystals to form the hat. Of course, you can't have Santa Christmas cake pops without the big burly white beard. Finish off the adorable treats by sticking on hairy sugar pearls.
