The Samsung 13-Inch Color E-Paper has been added to the brand's electronic paper retail display range as a decidedly sustainable solution that makes use of an eco-friendly material. The EM13DX display is constructed with a housing made with bio-resin sourced from phytoplankton to help reduce the carbon emissions related to its manufacturing. The display case is made with 45% recycled plastic and 10% phytoplankton-based bio-resin, which reportedly cuts the carbon emissions of the manufacturing process by over 40%.

The Samsung 13-Inch Color E-Paper is equipped with a 4:3 color e-ink panel that's supported by an advanced color imaging algorithm to smooth out gradations and refine the contours of imagery. The unit is thus suited for application within a variety of setups as part of the continued digitization of the retail landscape.
