Bravado, the brand management division of Universal Music Group, partnered with model and designer Sami Miro for a selection of limited-edition garments that have an edgy military vibe.
The collection was created to be a part of the duo's 'South by Southwest' offerings, which celebrates artists and other creatives. When she designed the garments, Miro aimed to provide timeless streetwear styles with a variety of unique enhancements. This resulted in patchwork designs and different materials stitched together, making for punk-inspired looks that are highly wearable. To make the punk inspiration more clear, Miro included a heavy-duty patch on the back of one jacket that celebrates the Ramones, the New York punk rock band that gained popularity back in the 1970s.
