Sited near Brick Lane in Shorditch, London, this bus-turned-restaurant was packed with healthy, hip people. Around the corner of the Root Master Restaurant was another cool, organic cafe with a temporary outdoor BBQ selling organic meat and veggie skewers. The cue was enough to prove this novelty nosh was very popular.
Implications - To stand out amongst the plethora of restaurants that exist, owners must come up with ways to make a customer's experience completely unique. By modifying unconventional spaces, restaurant owners can create a distinct and memorable environment that will leave a lasting impression on patrons. The goal is to get people talking since word of mouth is one of the best ways to advertise.
