Entitled "Iron Dualism II", Roggykei's Autumn/Winter 2015 collection is an opulent take on classic military staples. The label is a collaborative project between designers Hitoshi Korogi and Keiko Miyakoshi who are both based in Osaka, Japan.
Roggykei's clothes follow the concept of "clothes as accessories, accessories as clothes", a manifesto that its designers live by.
The label's latest showing combines hard and soft elements of workwear and army uniforms and translates them into a more feminine version of themselves. The collection's vivid colors and metallic materials are accented with with jewel-clad textile prints. Its dresses, coats and skirts are paired with crystal-adorned hats that are militant in their design.
Roggykei is a favourite of daring celebrities including pop music star and style icon lady Gaga.
