The ROCOL FOODLUBE Range Received a New Certification

— June 19, 2025 — Business
The ROCOL FOODLUBE range has received a certification from NSF for four products within the portfolio that meet the guidelines for being PFAS-free.

The certification comes in response to the concerns surrounding PFAS (AKA forever chemicals) that are often present within food manufacturing equipment, cooking utensils and more. The products within the FOODLUBE range to receive the certification includes the FOODLUBE Premier 1, FOODLUBE Universal 2, FOODLUBE WD Spray and FOODLUBE Chain Spray solutions. ROCOL is reportedly working with NSF to test an additional 25 products in the FOODLUBE range to receive further certifications.

Senior Scientist at ROCOL Jess Baker commented on the NSF certifications for the ROCOL FOODLUBE range saying, "NSF’s new PFAS certification is a significant step forward for the food industry, and we’re proud to have helped bring it to life. Being the first to receive this certification reflects our commitment to both our customers and the planet, setting a new industry benchmark."
