Will Robots Take My Job is a new search engine that shows just how likely it is that your job will become automated (aka done by a robot) in the future. The site was created by Dimitar Raykov and Mubashar Iqbal with data pulled from a 2013 report titled "The Future of Employment: How susceptible are jobs to computerisation?" That study ran the numbers for 702 jobs, which means Will Robots Take My Job is somewhat limited in scope.
However, that also means the results it does spit out have been exhaustively calculated. In addition to revealing the likelihood that your job will become automated the results also include info on median salary, people employed in that career and expected job growth. Although this tool seems to be about fun first there are some hard numbers that might make those who use it think twice about their jobs.
