Design firm Arquitectonica recently came up with a structural concept for the Ritz-Carlton hotel located alongside the beach shoreline of Florida. The hotel offers a tall building space of luxury along with tiered roofing that provides guests with an oasis getaway while still submerged in the urban setting of the city.
The hotel will feature over 200 different condominiums for guests to enjoy offering an all-encompassing view of the ocean front and city along with state of the art amenities including pools, private beaches and landscaping. The top several levels of the building feature a constructed oasis for guests to enjoy away from the public. The tiered design offers several different roof top access points where many of the amenities will be housed.
