German chocolate brand Ritter recently held a video content campaign, and the above video was one of the submissions. For me, it doesn't matter if it was faked or not--what a stunt!
Implications - Advertising featuring adventure and risk is one way to make a company stand out. Society is looking for new thrills and one way to sell a product is taking traditional sports and incorporating commodities in a daring fashion. Corporations should consider more daring methods of advertising to monopolize the industry.
