Why? Because they can. That is the only reason I can think of that this old-school imitation Atari controller would be manufactured. They say it's made in limited quantities. I sure hope so, because I remember breaking off the joystick and getting carpal tunnel thumb from hours and hours using this style of controller.

If you really care, it's USB-powered and has ten contact points to allow for ten firing buttons.

Implications - After all, whoever said that retro games like Super Mario were going out of style was clearly not cool enough to appreciate them! This Atari Joystick is clearly the perfect combination of vintage gamer technology and up-to-date functionality. I would love to get my gaming hands on this USB-powered game controller!
