Swedish artists Lars Bergström and Mats Bigert recently installed a reflective blanket on the top of a glacier to prevent it from melting. After hearing numerous reports about the melting of Sweden's glaciers, Bergström and Bigert decided to take action. To help, they scaled a small glacier and installed a reflective blanket at the top. The purpose of the blanket was to keep the snow cooler and prevent the peak from melting.
