Implications - As North American society becomes more artificial in their cultural representations, consumers are turning towards more authentic depictions of themselves. Photographers have resorted to photographing urbanites in a faux candid manner. Corporations looking to establish long lasting customer relationships need to accurately identify their consumers and represent them in a way they feel is worthwhile and true.
