Beamery has announced a recruitment platform, which will aid the business in finding and retaining talent. The Beamery CEO, Abakar Saidov, describes the new platform, “What we found was that there is no fundamental kind of operating system or system of record to be able to run that part of the business.”
The recruitment platform involves using three essential components that are designed to attract, engage and keep talent. All of the three components are geared toward aiding companies' process talent workflow. The attracting tools consist of setting up micro websites to recruit. The micro websites are linked to Beamery, with a corresponding event planning tool. Beamery engages talent by using a CRM database as well as marketing tools. The Retaining tools aid employees to apply for internal roles, and it also provides feedback throughout hiring processes.
