AURALEE works in collaboration with New Balance on the R_C2 sneaker model. The duo launch two new tonal iterations of the iconic silhouette. The shoe is detailed in new materials and both iterations are complete with GORE-TEX lining for a durable finish. It also sits on top of a slip resistant outsole unit for some function.
The first of the two colorway is a light purple palette, detailed with pale pastel hues throughout. The second colorway is a charcoal update with chocolate tonal accents. Both of the shoes are made with a blend of suede materials and mesh paneling throughout. These palettes are specifically chosen to emulate the colors seen in the SS21 collection by AURALEE, with pale and earthy hues and dark caramel overcoats.
