New Balance Launches the New R_C1 Sneakers in New York City

New Balance prepares to launch its new generation of the R_C1 sneaker silhouette and to celebrate, the label is hosting an exclusive event in New York City. The event is limited to invite-only guests and it celebrates the footwear model created in Japan. The design foundation draws inspiration from the classic 1300JP and it is elevated with new components without disrupting the original design. The "N" branding cage accent receives a contemporary update with its clean cut.

The latest generation of the R_C1 is constructed from vegetable tanned leather materials and at its foundation is the custom Tokyo Design Studio footbed. There is also the implementation of the label's ENCAP Reveal technology that shows off the Abzorb core bound inside.
