'Raising the Bar' is a new monthly subscription box that offers curated non-alcoholic cocktail kits in sustainable packaging. Each month, customers receive a set of ingredients designed to make a different delicious mocktail. These boxes include fruit, seasonings, and other toppings, such as apple spice-flavored simple syrup. The box itself is fully recyclable, while the packaging uses paper-based filling that is also sustainable.

The ingredients in the kit vary based on the month, but are mostly packaged in recyclable pouches, glass, or aluminum cans. Each month's box contains enough ingredients to make four to eight drinks with select leftover ingredients. The leftovers are intended to encourage customers to continue with the hobby and experiment making their own mocktails throughout the month. Over time, customers can build their own alcohol-free bar cart.
