This rainbow putty tutorial from 'WhatsUpMoms' is a great craft for kids. Inspired by the popular rainbow slime products of the 90s, this DIY putty is fun to make and play with.

For this craft, you will need school glue, liquid starch and food coloring. Begin by dyeing your liquid glue with the color of your choice. For this particular recipe, you will need about half a cup of glue per color. Once you have dyed your glue, add a bit of the liquid starch. Use your fingers to combine the starch until the whole mixture is smooth and malleable. Once you have mixed each color, you can combine them for a colorful rainbow effect.

The tutorial is quick and easy for children to follow, making it the perfect rainy day activity.
