Sonic's 'Ragin’ Cajun Cheeseburger' Now Features an Edible Logo

For a limited time, consumers will be able to get the 'Ragin’ Cajun Cheeseburger' from Sonic in Lafayette with an edible team logo stamped across the burger's bun. The team logo celebrates the return of the fall football season at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Fans will be able to order the limited edition cheeseburgers starting September 14th, which come with a 100% pure beef patty, fried and grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, Tabasco mayonnaise, spicy pepper jack cheese, as well as "a packet of Tony Chachere’s spices."

Stephen Romero of McIlhenny Company U.S. Domestic Sales spoke to the return of the Ragin’ Cajun Cheeseburger, stating, "We’re pleased to partner with Sonic once again to showcase our local Louisiana culture in this one-of-a-kind burger."
