Punchbag Pro is an automated sparring apparatus with the ability to move its arms at different speeds to resist the blows that make boxing training more realistic.
This breakthrough training apparatus contains steel arms that are powered by a 12-volt windscreen wiper motor. Kris Tressider has also installed a motor-driven cam mechanism that activates Punchbag Pro’s arms to swing.
