Models Clara Nergardh, Viktoria Persson and Iris Svenson are beautifully soft and romantic in the latest editorial for Pulp Magazine. The photo shoot shows the three models wearing various headpieces, each of which seems to be inspired by a distant part of history but has been modernized to suit today’s fashion trends.
One headpiece is a turban-style creation made entirely of thick white fabric. It serves to elongate the model’s head and helps her strong features to explode off the screen. Photographer Ceen Wahren’s use of stark side-lighting also helps to accentuate the model’s cheekbones and really make the contrasting white of the turban pop next to the model’s dark features.
These headpieces all tell a different story about a different time, each of which is more romantic than the last. Pulp Magazine’s editorial is truly an artistic triumph.
