The PS Magazin 'Shining' editorial is made with a fantasy queen in mind. As though straight out of a fantastical film, the beauty looks are completely encrusted in stunning jewels and finished with a fine dust of glitter. Although it appears in the Summer 2013 issue of the magazine, the looks could easily inspire a girl's Halloween costume later in the year.
