Property Management AI Agents

Rentvine Adds Cru Agents and an MCP Server to Its Platform

Rentvine is expanding its property management AI with 'Rentvine Cru,' a set of in-app agents for property managers, and 'Rentvine MCP,' now in general release for every customer. The first Cru agent handles maintenance work within the platform, helping teams choose vendors, identify recurring or duplicate issues, and draft routine messages.

'Guidance' lets a manager write plain-language rules for how Cru should respond, so automation follows company policy instead of a fixed template. On the MCP side, more than 90 governed tools expose live platform data and actions, letting teams ask Claude or ChatGPT for answers or create dashboards and automations from current records.

Access for every Rentvine customer turns AI from a separate add-on into a built-in operating layer for property managers. More than 90 governed tools move conversational AI beyond report lookup and into live operational work, making platform access a stronger buying criterion.
