As more and more people are turning to picture printing services to turn their digital photographs into something tangible, this print button widget is making it easier than ever. Startup Pryynt lets people order photos from any photography app. Using a software development kit (SDK), Pryynt enables an existing app to be able to integrate their widget. This means people can order prints (on things like postcards, greeting cards and posters) without having to leave the app.
More than 40 apps have already signed up for the print button widget. It can be incorporated in less than one hour and apps receive 30% of the revenue share. This means they can get into a new market without any investment. The printing is handled by Pryynt using a network of HP-accredited printers.
