Operating at a 9.3-micron CO₂ wavelength, the system can be used on enamel, dentin, bone and gingiva while also supporting soft-tissue hemostasis.

In same-day restorative procedures, Solea can be used for tissue troughing immediately before scanning, helping expose preparation margins and control bleeding without relying on additional retraction steps.
