Studded Slide Sandals

The PPACO Lux-2 NEEDLES Edition Adds Butterfly Branding and Studs

PPACO Lux-2 NEEDLES Edition is a collaborative slide sandal that updates PPACO’s Lux-2 silhouette with NEEDLES’ signature visual language. The design keeps a molded upper and contoured sole, with the butterfly logo applied across the strap as the central detail. PPACO Lux-2 NEEDLES Edition is released in black and purple colorways, maintaining a tonal finish that aligns with both brands’ aesthetics. The structure remains lightweight and slip-on, built for everyday wear while preserving the original form.

A second variation introduces metallic studs across the strap, adding texture without changing the base construction. Both versions use cushioned soles and minimal branding across the footbed, keeping the focus on material and surface treatment. The release launched April 4 through Nepenthes and select retailers, with pricing between ¥19,800 and ¥21,780 JPY depending on the version.
