The Ponsse Ergo 8w is a rugged, all-terrain lumberjack machine that is capable of plucking out trees as if they're errant hairs on your upper lip. This monstrous machine is is equipped with a tree-harvesting head that hugs the tree trunk and then rips it out, strips off branches and bark and then sections the tree's remains into logs of pre-determined length, all in a matter of seconds. It's pretty impressive if slightly terrifying to see just how efficient this machine is.

This tree-ripping terror is powered by a 6-cylinder Mercedes engine with 286 horsepower and 1,150 Nm of torque. It is capable of navigating treacherous terrain by virtue of its 26.5-inch tires, and it carries a crane up to 36 feet long.

Ultimately, the Ponsse Ergo 8w makes tree removal safer and more efficient.
