Sanzo’s Pomelo Flavored Sparkling Water Has a New Can Design

Asian-inspired sparkling water brand Sanzo has released pomelo-flavored sparkling water with a new ‘cut-fruit’ can design. Designer Mark Chan makes the ‘cut-fruit’ design on the can. Mark Chan spoke about the design and the unique flavor, saying: “I’m really excited for both existing Sanzo fans as well as people that have maybe never picked up a can before to fall in love with pomelo and understand that like cut fruit, Sanzo is ultimately an expression of love and celebration.”

Sanzo’s sparkling water lineup currently consists of Lychee, Calamansi, Yuzu, Mango, Asian Pear, and now Pomelo. Sanzo’s Pomelo sparkling water is natural fruit with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or added sugar. As for the pomelo fruit, it is native to Southeast Asia and is slightly sweeter than grapefruits. As for the can design, it is pink-colored with a full pomelo and a sliced pomelo graphic in the center. The ‘cut fruit’ composition is supposed to represent Asian pride and education. The new flavor is available exclusively at Whole Foods Markets and will be widely available on May 1.
