Ralph Lauren Dropped a Polo Bear Watch Series for Its 50th Anniversary

Fashion brand Ralph Lauren introduced a Polo Bear watch capsule in celebration of its 50th anniversary this year. The range of timepieces blend the premium details of the Swiss watchmaking tradition along with the label's signature Polo bear mascot, which is painted by hand onto the dials of every timepiece. The capsule sees four different bears -- each one representing the label's iconic styles. There is the Flag Bear dressed in the famous flag sweater from 1989, the Martini Bear, Preppy Bear,and the Spectator Bear as well.

The dials are detailed with black numeric designs and the label's branding accent at the number nine. The hands are finished in a Breguet style in oxidized black encased in a stainless steel round case. Customizable options are offered with interchangeable straps of either French calfskin, alligator skin or necktie silk twill.
