The compact size of the electric cargo sled makes it just the right size for driving in most bike lanes yet it's capable of toting 600 pounds of cargo. With a frame made from fully recycled aluminum, it offers a space-saving solution to trucks and vans.
The unusual transporter was created to reenvision last-mile delivery for a post-pandemic world and the design itself came out of a remote collaboration. The newest creation from Volvo's Polestar brand was commissioned by Wallpaper Magazine and it represents the joint efforts of designer Konstantin Grcic, aluminium producer Hydro and electric motorcycle pioneer CAKE.
