Yves Rocher is expanding its Pleines Natures fragrance collection with a new range of Perfumed Mists for Body and Hair, offering a lighter alternative to the brand's existing Eaux de Parfum.
The collection features three fragrances inspired by the original perfume lineup. Bouquet Ambré combines bitter orange, iris and incense for a warm floral scent, while Cuir de Nuit blends vanilla, cocoa and coffee for a richer, gourmand-inspired profile. Plein Soleil offers a floral composition featuring tuberose, ylang-ylang and sandalwood.
Designed for use on both skin and hair, the mists can be worn individually for a subtle fragrance, paired with their corresponding Eau de Parfum to refresh the scent throughout the day, or layered together to create personalized combinations. Each mist comes in a 150 ml format priced at $29.95.
The launch reflects growing consumer interest in flexible fragrance routines that encourage experimentation and scent layering rather than reliance on a single signature perfume. For beauty brands, extending established fragrances into lighter, multipurpose formats creates opportunities to encourage everyday use and increase engagement across existing scent collections.

What Makes This Trend Stand Out
- Layered Scent Routines
- Personalized fragrance combinations are reshaping perfume use by making customization a daily beauty habit rather than an occasional luxury experience.
- Hair and Body Mists
- Lightweight formats that work across skin and hair create whitespace for brands to merge fragrance, refreshment, and personal care in one accessible product.
- Affordable Fragrance Extensions
- Lower-priced interpretations of established scents can broaden consumer entry points while increasing engagement with premium fragrance collections.
Sectors Adopting This
- Beauty and Personal Care
- Multifunctional scented products signal new potential for hybrid offerings that blur the boundaries between fragrance, body care, and hair care.
- Fragrance
- The rise of lighter, layerable formats suggests room for portfolio strategies built around experimentation, daily reapplication, and scent wardrobe building.
- Retail
- Accessible formats tied to existing perfume lines give retailers more opportunities to promote bundling, discovery, and repeat purchases across seasonal collections.
