Integrated with a hidden CD slot on the top portion, the unit draws inspiration from the first generation console, while also hiding this functionality in the body to ensure a smooth, futuristic look. This is paired with a stylish body that can be used in either horizontal or vertical orientations just like the previous generations of the console.
The conceptual 'PlayStation V' is the design work of Paul Richard Mayer and has also been designed with controllers that can be wirelessly charged via the accompanying charging pad.
