A new Playboy-themed footwear collection has dropped and it features hyper-sophisticated silhouettes, mixed in with playfully sultry imagery that is associated with the iconic entertainment magazine. This footwear capsule was made possible through a collaboration between the British footwear label DUKE + DEXTER and Playboy.
The capsule spotlights chic leather loafers for both men and women. There is a total of five print variations, featuring "a vintage finish." Each design is released in a limited run of 250 pairs. The imagery that is printed on the Playboy-themed footwear hails from dated Playboy covers.
DUKE + DEXTER and Playboy drew inspiration from "private jet glamour and lavish lifestyles" from the 90s. This can be clearly seen in the editorial showcasing the Playboy-themed footwear.
