PizzaExpress Christmas Concierge Will Wrap Gifts While You Dine

The PizzaExpress Christmas Concierge has been announced by the brand as a new concierge service that will provide diners with the ability to check off a major item on their to-do list as they enjoy their meal.

The new festive concierge service is arriving at participating locations in the UK and will enable customers to drop off their Christmas shopping before sitting down to eat. The service will then provide the items back to the customer wrapped and ready to give on their way out of the restaurant to eliminate the need to do any manual wrapping.

CEO Paula MacKenzie commented on the PizzaExpress Christmas Concierge saying, "Christmas should be about spending time together, but our research shows just how much pressure people feel and how many hours get lost to festive tasks.
