Cookie-Flavored Porters

The Pizookie Porter is a Beer Inspired by a Legendary Dessert

BJ’s Restaurants and Brewhouse's iconic Pizookie dessert is now available in a drinkable format with the debut of the Pizookie Porter – the chain’s first-ever Pizookie-flavored beer.

If you've ever visited a BJ's restaurant, you've probably ordered a Pizookie, which is a deep-dish pizza pan cookie topped with ice cream. Now, the chain is offering fans a new way to enjoy the legendary dessert with the debut of the Cookies ‘N’ Cream Pizookie Porter. The Cookies ‘N’ Cream Pizookie Porter combines the rich flavors of BJ's gold medal-winning PM Porter beer, with all the chocolatey goodness of BJ’s Cookies ‘N’ Cream Pizookie dessert. With each sip, you can expect strong notes of caramel and dark chocolate, along with creamy vanilla and chocolate mousse. As BJ’s Sr. Vice President of Brewing Operations Alex Puchner, said in a press release, the new drink is essentially “liquid dessert for beer lovers.”
