Pistachio Holiday Cakes

Pistakio Created the Festive Pistakio Panettone with Settepani Bakery

Pistachio spread brand Pistakio launched its first panettone, the Pistakio Panettone, in collaboration with New York’s Settepani Bakery, and it taps into one of the most sought-after ingredients and flavors of the year.

Just a handful of real, recognizable ingredients go into the Pistakio Panettone, including silky pistachio crème made from California pistachios, plus vanilla, orange extract, lemon extract and honey for the perfect balance of sweet, nutty, fresh and festive flavors. Every loaf of this pistachio-centered reinterpretation of a classic Italian holiday cake is hand-baked in small batches and arrives ready to gift in a limited-edition, collectible, illustrated biscotti tin.

This year, the popularity of Dubai-inspired confections drove up the demand for all things pistachio-infused, introducing new audiences to a sweet, smooth, colorful nut that shines on its own.
