Boldly innovative timepiece company Ferro Watches' new line of Airborne Pilot Watches are designed for watch-lovers who refuse to make a compromise on either style or reliability, and will be particularly coveted by people with an appreciation for the world of aviation and the unique aesthetic sensibilities of aviation timepieces.
These watches are crafted out of 44 mm Titanium 5 cases -- this is the same material used in the manufacturing of aircraft skins, jet engines and other key aviation components. These watches feature sapphire crystal and genuine leather straps, and are powered by either Japan Hybrid Mechanical Quartz or Automatic (non-chronograph) movements that can be relied upon to carry a workload for ages.
Now the Airborne Pilot watches may be inspired by the vintage era of aviation, but their embedded technology looks the present and the future. If you fancy a dive every now and again, you'll be pleased to know that these classy timepieces are waterproof up to a depth of 100 meters.
Ferro Watches is currently running a Kickstarter campaign that has already obliterated its fundraising goal, with more than four times the goal amount already raised with three weeks still remaining in the Kickstarter campaign. These watches have clearly struck a chord with watch enthusiasts who know what they're talking about
