Canned Whiskey Cocktails

Teeling Launches Its Phoenix Twist RTD

Teeling Whiskey, owned by Bacardi, launched Phoenix Twist, its first canned ready-to-drink cocktail featuring Teeling Small Batch Whiskey with ginger, lime and a hint of yuzu. The 250ml, 6% ABV serve debuted Aug. 29 at the Aer Lingus College Football Classic in Dublin as part of Teeling’s renewed partnership with the event.

The launch will roll out across Ireland through select retailers and off-licences at an RRP of €5. Game-week programming included limited-edition themed cocktails, hospitality activations and food collaborations tied to Teeling, alongside a distillery-exclusive whiskey created for TCU and UNC fans.

For consumers, Phoenix Twist brings Teeling’s whiskey into a portable RTD format while extending the brand beyond traditional spirits occasions. The release also reflects a broader trend of established whiskey brands using canned cocktails and event partnerships to reach new drinking occasions and audiences.
