'Lighter' is the name of a new start-up that's aiming to provide healthy personalized meal plant to members who want to improve their eating habits. There are three tiers: an Exploring Membership that gives access to a personalized menu and grocery list, an Empowered Membership that also gives users the ability to save favorites, adjust servings and view the nutritional analysis for recipes. The highest level of membership is Elevated, which offers one-on-ones guidance from a Lighter expert.
