The Chica~Chida x Tipsy Scoop limited-edition ice cream will be available from January 21st to February 28th. The offering comes in scoops, pints, and four-pint packs that are available online. There is a special promotion fo online orders prior to Valentine's Day. Understandably, the ice cream is available for those who are 21 years of age or older.
