Jimmy John's PB&J Cookie is Arriving for Back-to-School Season

The Jimmy John's PB&J Cookie has been added to the brand's menu to coincide with back-to-school season as a new take on the classic recipe to work well for avid fans of all ages. The cookie starts off with a peanut butter base dough that's filled with a grape jelly before being topped with a series of peanut pieces to achieve a sweet, creamy and crunchy texture in every bite. The cookie will also support a good cause with every one sold seeing a portion of proceeds donated to the Jimmy John's Foundation.

Chief Marketing Officer Kate Carpenter commented on the Jimmy John's PB&J Cookie saying, "At Jimmy John’s, we love creating menu items that spark joy and connection. The PB&J Cookie taps into a flavor combination people have loved for generations, while also helping us support organizations that make a real difference in our communities. Partnering with Drew again allows us to extend that impact even further.”
