Documentary photographer Paolo Pellegrin is used to shooting war scenes or natural environments. However, his latest venture is as the visual lead of the Magnum 'Storm' issue. The publication's themed is dubbed 'Storm' because, as Pellegrin says, "the issue we wanted to address in this magazine, other than fashion, was a mood of transition."
The award-winning Paolo Pellegrin himself is transitioning from working in a different environment -- from fighting to fashion.
Implications - While the thought of war zone photography may have had you initially feeling a little bit cautious about checking out these spectacular captures, I bet you'll be glad you did. Paolo Pellegrin truly is a photographer who can capture emotion in the best and worst of times, and the storm issue is another example of this!
