Lucky high school students in Virgina Beach are being paid for good grades. The students receive $100 for each three, four and five they earn on the exams.
While $100 per test may seem like a lot, the test costs $80 to take, so students actually on pocket $20. The program is funded through a private grant, and the teachers of the students taking the test are also rewarded via training and new supplies.
