The 'Switcheroo' Sends and Receives Signals from One Another

The 'Switcheroo' is an outlet adapter that enables users to customize the outlets in a given room without having to deal with extension cords or other means of splicing the power.

Outlets that are controlled via a light switch on the wall are great for turning the power on and off, but can be frustrating if this functionality is linked to an outlet that isn't desired. As such, the 'Switcheroo' works to help wirelessly send signals to receivers in order to make it possible to send this signal to activate these outlets as well. This is done without the need for Bluetooth or WiFi and works similarly to a garage door opener to keep the design of the outlet adapter as simple and useful as possible.
