Uphraded Orthodontic Technology Platforms

uLab Systems Has Introduced Several Notable Enhancements

uLab Systems reinforces its position as an innovator in digital treatment planning and aligner solutions with several updates to its orthodontic technology platform.

The company has achieved a 98% on-time delivery rate for its uSmile aligners, demonstrating improved operational reliability for dental practices. A key development is the expansion of the uDesign Cloud platform, which will incorporate features previously exclusive to the desktop version. This includes STL export for 3D printing, interproximal reduction staging, and tooth movement customization tools. uLab Systems also launched the Reva® thermoforming sheets, a product that is expected to offer professionals a "high-quality, in-office aligner material that complements the uSmile experience." The company claims its Reva will deliver clarity, strength, and a slimmer profile. SmartRx forms, on the other hand, have been implemented in its orthodontic technology platform to reduce treatment plan revisions and accelerate case approvals.

These updates are designed to offer greater flexibility in clinical workflows, whether practitioners prefer fully digital planning or hybrid approaches combining in-house and laboratory services.
