These new HERZA organic chocolate pieces are being launched by the brand with the bakery industry in mind to help brands incorporate high-quality ingredients in a simple way. The products come in six versions including four that have organic white chocolate and matcha, plain or refined with fruit powder and spices to work well in a variety of recipes. Each of the items are made with a handmade character thanks to their varying sizes that are cut from two to 10mm in size to incorporate an artisan-inspired profile that will elevate any application.

The new HERZA organic chocolate pieces prioritize versatility and are thus suited for a wide variety of applications within muesli, ice cream and more.
